House Rules

 1. After successfully sending your online reservation, you will receive an email with more detailed information for a simple process on how to complete your specific reservation. 

1. 2. Deposit
   • a general fee of /1.00€ / 1 person / 1 night is payable on arrival
   • a security deposit of € 100 is charged on arrival
   3. We will ask you to confirm the reservation (within three days) and also to pay a deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay (you will receive information about the payment of your payment via email).
   4. Check In – Check Out

   Accommodation: from 14:00
   Check-out: until 10:00 – in case of non-compliance with this hour the owner reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee (next day of accommodation)

   In case of stoning, the following cancellation conditions apply:
   30-14 days before the initial stay – 30% of the accommodation price
   14-2 days before the initial stay – 50% of the accommodation price
   1 day before the initial stay – 80% of the accommodation price
